As a Registrant of Retreats Collective, I agree to uphold the ethical goals set forth in the following Code of Conduct. It is essential that all guests acknowledge and understand all policies to allow for the best possible experience.
(1) Create and maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the practice of Yoga.
(2) Encourage diversity actively by respecting all guests regardless of age, physical limitations, race, creed, gender, ethnicity, religion, affiliation or sexual orientation.
(3) Respect the rights, dignity and privacy of all guests.
(4) Avoid words and actions that constitute sexual harassment.
(5)Yoga is about Self-awareness, Self-respect and Self-control. As we practice Yoga, remember to do nothing that does not sound or feel correct or appropriate for your body and to honor your energy. Stay aware of how you intend to and are practicing. Your safety is our priority.

For the benefit of everyone on your trip, the retreat organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any trip participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the Retreat, it may without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the Retreat.
The retreat organizers will have no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the Retreat prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant that is not included on the Retreat Itinerary.
