A 3-hour journey into the Self using sound alchemy, breath-work, Kundalini kriyās and voice activation. Through these modalities, we remove the fluctuations of the mind to fall effortlessly into presence and the bliss of being. This workshop offers a profound journey within. The intensity at which you meet the breathwork will decide on how deep you go. You will always be in control, as we hold you safely in a space of sweet sound.
This yogic practice teaches us how to linger in the liminal space between sleep and wakefulness. It is a technique that was developed by the ancient yogis to access the subconscious mind in order to free limiting habits of the mind. It throws light on the shadowy parts of our mind so that we can find more freedom to be who we are without our patterns and stories. In this practice we will be giving the body some deep rest and rejuvenation and allowing the mind to unfold in a trustful space so that profoundly deep healing can take place.
Tea is an invitation to slow down to the pace of nature and find a still pool of wisdom within ourselves. There is no dogma. There is no teacher. There is just a bowl and some leaves. And yet in all its simplicity, words cannot describe the depth and richness the plant Camelia Sinensis has stored within. In this ceremony we invite you to sit and sip in the sublime silence and slowness of this plant medicine.

Jivamukti Yoga is a path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings. Created by Sharon Gannon and David Life, the Jivamukti School incorporates traditional Yoga practices into a modern lifestyle without losing sight of the ancient wisdom and the universal goal of Liberation. Each class serves as a bridge between the two worlds, including set Asana sequences, Pranayama exercises, the study of Mantras and Sutras, Kriyas, Meditation and Relaxation.
At Jivamukti, we use art, music, dance, and poetry, to create an environment that inspires you to investigate the mysteries of Life.
First introduced to the western world in the late 70s by Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini Yoga is a combination of breath, movement and sound. It derives from the Sanskrit word kundal, which translates to “coiled energy.” We all have energy gathered at the base of our spine and through the practice of Kundalini, we bring that energy up our spine through the seven chakras and out the crown of our head.
The process of growth through Kundalini Yoga is a natural unfolding of your own nature. Just like a snake, you will need to shed old skins to become more of who you are.
Sadhana is the yogic term for daily spiritual practice. The key with Sadhana is consistency and discipline. A regular Sadhana is a habit that creates harmony. When you commit to meeting your higher self each day, your life bears the signature of your soul, and your radiance expresses the meaningful intimacy of the Infinite in each moment.
Ideally we practice our Sadhana two and a half hours before sunrise, a period known as the ambrosial hours or the amrit vela. During the amrit vela, the sun is at a sixty-degree angle to the Earth and the energy put forth is supercharged.

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest systems of health and despite being thousands of years old is still relevant and applicable today as it was designed around the unchanging laws of nature. Ayurvedic nutrition teaches us that each of our bodies is made up of a unique balance of the five elements and that the food we eat needs to be adapted to our uniqueness to bring about balance. In Ayurvedic Philosophy each ingredient can be a medicine for one person and a poison for another. In this workshop we will be using Ayurveda as a roadmap to learn more about our uniqueness so that we can better understand how to eat and live in a way that makes us thrive.
Women are the fertile ground for the next generation to sprout. Women’s health is the health of the community. Women’s health is delicate. The many hormones that are in constant flux are like dominos that need to be perfectly in balance for all the others to run smoothly. Our hormones are unfortunately very easily disrupted but with some simple changes to diet and lifestyle we easily line them up again so that we can experience zero PMS symptoms, no issues with menstruation, effortless fertility and conception and finally a graceful transition through menopause. There is no reason a woman has to suffer through the many milestones of her female anatomy. In fact, ayurveda considers the female transitions profound gifts that can be used for deep spiritual growth - as long as she knows how to remain balanced.
Abhyanga is ayurveda’s star-player in the practice of dinacharya, your daily routine. It is a self-massage technique that nourishes the skin, soothes and protects the nervous system and creates a protective glow in the energetic bodies.
We will be sharing the exact techniques of dry brushing and abhyanga that are infused with thousands of years of ayurvedic wisdom so that you can integrate it in your daily life and enjoy all the bountiful benefits that it has to offer.

60 min - 65 euros
You are a unique being, with a particular balance of the 5 elements that is unique to you. This means that there is no one diet or lifestyle that is “healthy” and best for everyone. Instead, ayurveda provides a roadmap for you to understand yourself better and figure out what is the most healthy and supportive to YOU.
In these consultations we work together to get to know your true nature; your balance of the elements, in other words what true health looks like for you. We then take a close look at any symptoms you’re experiencing because these (even the seemingly insignificant ones) are the clues to where your doshic imbalances lie. It’s from there that we can form a plan to bring about health and balance once again. I find ways to make this plan integrate into your life in a way that feels sustainable and even enjoyable.
