The Daily Itinerary

Mornings will open with Meditation, cultivating deep awareness. A first led Master Class will be offered at the beginning of the retreat to expand our understanding of embodied anatomy, energetic movements and principles of Asana ―to be explored in the Mysore classes that follow. 

 

The Mysore Program is the traditional method for learning Ashtanga, which allows one-on-one instruction from the teacher. Practitioners come in and work at their own pace and ability under the teacher’s supervision.

 

Afternoons will be dedicated to different themed workshops including philosophy, the practice of traditional Pranayama or Satsang.

 

New students will be mindfully introduced to classical Pranayama, Kriyas and the practice of Asana, whilst those with more experience will refine and deepen their practice and understanding. All guests will leave with more insight on their self-practice to continue after the retreat.

 

Alongside the yoga practice there will be some time to walk to the volcano and explore the nature surrounding, discover the beaches, swim in the lagoons or take surf lessons. A collection of additional wellness treatments such as Reiki healing sessions or massages will be offered too.

 

We will be holding the space as much as needed, honoring each participant in their fullness with individual guidance. We plan our retreat thoughtfully and lovingly so that our retreaters experience this escape filled with cherished memories. ​We come together as a community but we also give plenty of space for you to enjoy introspective time alone, life at a slower pace and focus on your own personal journey to wellbeing. 

Anytime, you will give yourself the space for introspective time alone, journaling, reading, simply resting.
