/The Itinerary

We will be holding the space as much as needed, honoring each participant in their fullness with individual guidance. 
​We come together as a community but we also give plenty of space for you to enjoy introspective time alone, life at a slower pace and focus on your own personal journey to wellbeing. 


Alongside the yoga practices there will be optional additions including massages and wellness therapies, cooking workshops or sound healing sessions. Discover the page dedicated to all additions here. 


We invite you to be open for other unexpected twists and turns, creative explorations, surprising moments and adventures that will give meaning to this journey.
