The Daily Itinerary

An invitation to look heartward. 

Awaken the heart with daily Jivamukti yoga practices, contemplative movement, yin yoga, yoga nidra, EFT tapping, pranayama —heart realisation breath and meditation. 

We will be holding space as much as needed, honoring each participant in their fullness with individual guidance.  We come together as a community but we also give plenty of space for you to enjoy time to yourself, focus on your own personal journey to wellbeing and life at a slower pace —balancing between togetherness and solitude.

 

We invite you to be open for other unexpected twists and turns, creative explorations and surprising moments that will give meaning to this adventure.
