

THE DAILY ITINERARY
We have created a space for you to be held, where we hope you feel safe enough to soften, to share. A space of remembering that healing doesn’t have to be solitary, and that there is power in being witnessed. We come together as a community but we also give plenty of space for you to enjoy time to yourself, focus on your own personal journey to wellbeing and life at a slower pace.
Mornings of soft edges, mist, first light and sky with daily practices of Jivamukti Yoga including Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Chanting, Meditation, Philosophy and Satsang. Followed by a gourmet vegan brunch.
Afternoons to sink into the rhythm of slow rituals, wellness treatments and deep rest. A book left open, a cup held warm in the hands, a sauna session, the weightlessness of time unmeasured. Or heading to the beach and taking surf lessons.
Evenings to gather once more, sometimes, for themed workshops, Kirtan and Satsang.
Early nights of shared meals, a table lit by candle glow, laughter in murmurs.
We invite you to be open for other unexpected twists and turns, creative explorations and surprising moments that will give meaning to this adventure.
