THE ADDITIONS

We believe we all deserve a life of joy, healing and connection, akin to the moments we share on our retreats.

We have included all Jivamukti Yoga practices, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga and the Inversion Workshop.

We offer additional traditional healing modalities. We invite you to discover these treatments and personalise your retreat experience according to your own needs and intentions.

There is so much to discover just a short walk from our retreat venue. Marrakech is a city full of beauty, creativity and inspiration, with something to catch your eye around every corner. We have created our very own Marrakech Edit, a thoughtfully curated collection of our favourite places to explore.

THE MARRAKECH EDIT

Three palm trees, a red wall, and roses.

Surrounded by its ochre-colored ramparts, the city immerses us in a world of color, with its palm groves and palaces, its vibrant medina dotted with lush green riads, its spice markets that awaken all the senses, and its enchanting gardens, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains.

A captivating blend of contrasts, from the winding alleyways of the souks to the colorful bustle of merchants in Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, from intricate zellige tiles to traditional caftans. We invite you to explore every corner of this mysterious city and discover its creative side through pottery workshops, Moroccan cooking classes and local art.

Jardin Majorelle

Created by French painter Jacques Majorelle in the 1920s, this botanical garden became one of Marrakech’s most recognisable landmarks. In 1980, Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé purchased the property, preserving its distinctive cobalt-blue architecture and collection of plants from around the world.

Bahia Palace

Built in the late 19th century, Bahia Palace was developed by Si Moussa and later expanded by his son Ba Ahmed, Grand Vizier to Sultan Moulay Abdelaziz. Its elaborate zellige tilework, painted cedarwood ceilings and landscaped courtyards reflect the craftsmanship and grandeur of Morocco’s royal court.

Ben Youssef Madrasa

Ben Youssef Madrasa was once one of North Africa’s largest Islamic colleges. Students lived and studied in small rooms surrounding a central courtyard decorated with carved stucco, cedarwood and geometric tilework.

Le Jardin Secret

Tucked away in the heart of the Medina, this historic palace and its gardens date back to the Saadian era. Step inside to discover traditional Islamic gardens, elegant architecture and a peaceful retreat from the busy streets of Marrakech.
