YOGA NIDRA
Linger in the liminal space between sleep and wakefulness. Access the subconscious mind in order to free its limiting habit. Inviting light on the shadowy parts of our mind so that we can find more freedom to be who we are without our patterns and stories. In this practice we will be giving the body some deep rest and rejuvenation and allowing the mind to unfold in a trustful space so that profoundly deep healing can take place.

HEART REALISATION BREATH
This practice is a powerful journey designed to move your consciousness from the constricted realm of thought into the boundless space of the heart. Through a transformative sequence of pranayama and breathwork, you will gently unlock the stories and memories held deep within, allowing them to be processed and transcended. As you breathe, you will soften the walls of the mind and tap into the infinite space of the heart, where pure bliss resides. This breathwork invites you to let go of the narrative of the past, making room for the expansive, unconditional love that flows through your deepest being.

1:1 TAROT READING
As an optional add-on, Rebecca will offer Tarot readings during the retreat. A reading can help uncover hidden patterns and potential, reveal possibilities, and bring awareness to what is ready to shift. Each session is a chance to pause, listen inward, and receive guidance around what is unfolding in your life.
Rebecca brings an intuitive, thoughtful, and grounded approach to each reading, creating a space where meaningful insights can arise naturally.
