THE DAILY ITINERARY 


So we return,
to the knowing that we are not alone.

We have created a space for you to be held, where we hope you feel safe enough to soften, to share. A space of remembering that healing doesn’t have to be solitary, and that there is power in being witnessed. We come together as a community but we also give plenty of space for you to enjoy time to yourself, focus on your own personal journey to wellbeing and life at a slower pace.


Mornings of soft haze, first light with daily practices of Jivamukti Yoga including Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Chanting, Meditation, and Philosophy. Followed by a gourmet vegan brunch.

Afternoons to, sometimes, sink into the rhythm of Ipanema & Copacabana beaches, discover the city and get immersed in Brazilian culture. And some other times, to book a wellness treatment and enjoy deep rest. A book left open, a cup held in the hands, the weightlessness of time unmeasured.  

Evenings to gather once more for themed workshops & satsang, after watching the golden sunset. 

Early nights of shared meals, laughter in murmurs.
 
We invite you to be open for other unexpected twists and turns, creative explorations and surprising moments that will give meaning to this adventure.
