THE DAILY ITINERARY 

So we return,

to the art of longboarding & presence.

 

We will be holding the space as much as needed, honoring each participant in their fullness with individual guidance. We plan our retreat thoughtfully and lovingly so that our retreaters experience this escape filled with cherished memories. We take you around to discover the beautiful surroundings and experience magical moments.

 

Even if we do come together as a community, we are also giving enough space for you to enjoy time to yourself, focus on your own personal journey to wellbeing and life at a slower pace. 

 

Our days are built around the rhythm of longboarding, early mornings in the water.

 

Mornings of soft edges, mist, first light, longboarding sessions and open skies. As we return, we will be nourished by a long gourmet brunch..

 

​Afternoons to sink into the rhythm of slow rituals, treatments at the spa and deep rest. A book left open, a cup held warm in the hands, the weightlessness of time unmeasured. Or the discovery of the island, heading to town or the beach. 

In the late afternoon, twice, we will hold video analysis.

 

​Evenings to gather once more, for Jivamukti restore & renew, and Yin Yoga practices, with sounds lingering in the liminal space between sleep and wakefulness where we rest the most. 

Later, restorative practice. Breathwork. Meditation. Sitting with what is there. Letting the system settle.

 

​Early nights of shared meals, a table lit by candle glow, laughter in murmurs.

 

We invite you to be open to other unexpected twists and turns, creative explorations and surprising moments that will give meaning to this adventure.
